7 Day Return and Replacement Policy

Spector Gadgets offers a 7-day easy return and replacement policy for eligible products purchased through our online store in Pakistan.

Customers may request a return or replacement if the product:

  1. Arrives damaged
  2. Is defective or not working properly
  3. Is different from the item ordered
  4. Has missing accessories or parts

The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Product must be in original condition

  2. Product should not be heavily used or physically damaged by the customer

  3. Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

  4. Proof of purchase or order number is required

  5. Complaint regarding damaged products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Spector Gadgets reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water damage, or negligence
  2. Used hygiene or personal-use products
  3. Clearance sale or discounted items unless defective
  4. Products without original packaging
  5. Items damaged after successful delivery

3. Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved:

  1. Our customer support team will verify the issue
  2. The product may be collected through our courier partner
  3. After inspection, a replacement unit will be dispatched

Replacement processing time may take approximately:

  1. Karachi: 2–4 working days
  2. Major cities in Pakistan: 3–7 working days
  3. Remote areas: 5–10 working days

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  1. Replacement product is unavailable
  2. Incorrect product delivered and replacement not possible
  3. Order cancelled before shipment
  4. Verified defective product with no replacement stock available

Approved refunds are processed through:

  1. Bank Transfer
  2. JazzCash
  3. EasyPaisa

Refund processing time:

5–10 business days after approval

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • *Refunds cannot be issued in cash

  • *Customers must provide valid bank account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa details

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customers refusing parcels repeatedly may be restricted from placing future orders with Spector Gadgets.
