7 Day Return and Replacement Policy
Spector Gadgets offers a 7-day easy return and replacement policy for eligible products purchased through our online store in Pakistan.
Customers may request a return or replacement if the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective or not working properly
- Is different from the item ordered
- Has missing accessories or parts
The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water damage, or negligence
- Used hygiene or personal-use products
- Clearance sale or discounted items unless defective
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged after successful delivery
3. Replacement Policy
If your replacement request is approved:
- Our customer support team will verify the issue
- The product may be collected through our courier partner
- After inspection, a replacement unit will be dispatched
Replacement processing time may take approximately:
- Karachi: 2–4 working days
- Major cities in Pakistan: 3–7 working days
- Remote areas: 5–10 working days
Replacement availability depends on stock availability.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in the following situations:
- Replacement product is unavailable
- Incorrect product delivered and replacement not possible
- Order cancelled before shipment
- Verified defective product with no replacement stock available
Approved refunds are processed through:
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash
- EasyPaisa
Refund processing time:
5–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For Cash on Delivery orders:

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
